I’m Jonathan—an Army veteran born and raised in Tampa, Florida, and a lifelong fan of trading card culture. Slab Gear Vault started the way a lot of collector ideas start: at card shows. After spending real money on slabs I was proud of, I wanted a stylish, comfortable way to carry them that still let me show them off—not hide them in a bulky case. So I built a brand for myself and for people who collect the same way I do: with pride, passion, and a love for the hunt.

From day one, the priority has been simple: premium quality + a collector-first design.
